DOES FILLING OUT THE BOOKING FORM GUARANTEE MY RENTAL?
No, a representative from Freddy Yard Cards will be in contact with you to finalize details of the booking request along with payment.
ARE YOUR SIGNS A RENTAL OR A PURCHASE?
Rental. The price includes a full day rental, delivery, set up, and take down of the yard card. We take care of it all!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU HAVE TO BOOK?
As much notice as you can give is always appreciated but a minimum of three days notice is required. Themes and specific colour choices are always on a first come, first serve basis.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept E-transfer. Once your booking form is completed, we will contact you with an invoice and payment instructions.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the event day, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full amount. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.
DO YOU SET UP REGARDLESS OF WEATHER CONDITIONS?
Yes, we do! Our signs are tough and don't mind the weather. However, we don't like chasing our displays for blocks in crazy winds. In the event of harsh weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting you will receive a full refund.
CAN MY SIGN SAY ANYTHING I WANT?
Sure it can! However we have the right to refuse any requests that have offensive, lewd or anything you wouldn't want your mother to see. Let's keep it positive and G-rated please!
HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
We take a picture of it all set up and send it your way! Although you'll be getting so much praise from the recipient you won't have to worry!
